Luckily, you can upgrade your inventory size by purchasing backpack upgrades in the Black Market.
You'll find the Black Market on the southeastern side of Sanctuary, outside of Moxxi's place.
The backpack upgrade is called a Backpack SDU, and it's always in the right hand slot in the Black Market.
The backpack upgrade costs 4 Eridium, and increases by 4 Eridium every time, but how can you put a price on inventory space?
